Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. Whether you need five gifts for a small team or five hundred for a company-wide initiative, we can help. Get in touch and we'll put together pricing based on your requirements.

Can the candles be personalised or branded?

Yes. We can discuss options for custom messaging, personalised cards, and branded packaging for larger orders. Contact us to talk through what's possible for your requirements.

What scents are available?

You can use existing best-selling scents from our website shop, or let us know what scents you're looking for and we can explore custom scents.

How does the plantable element actually work?

Each candle comes with a seed-embedded wildflower dustcover label. Once the candle has burned down, the ceramic pot becomes a planter — recipients press the dustcover label into a small pot of compost and water it. The seeds germinate into a mix of British wildflowers.

What's your lead time for corporate orders?

Most standard orders can be fulfilled within 5 – 7 working days. For larger quantities or bespoke packaging we'll discuss timelines when you enquire. We recommend getting in touch at least 4 - 6 weeks ahead of your gifting date.
